Public Consultation IR EUCC has started
We would like to inform you that the draft Implementing Regulation for EUCC has been made public by the European Commission. As from October 3rd the public consultation of the Implementing Regulation EUCC, has started.
The start of this public consultation by the European Commission is a concrete milestone in the process of formalising the EUCC Implementing Act. With this in mind, it is our expectation that the EUCC may become operational from the second quarter of 2024.
The IR EUCC is available for consultation on the website of the European Commission until 31 October 2023: Cybersecurity – security requirements for ICT product certification
